3rd Annual Talbot Tidewater Celebration

Join in the fun and enjoy a range of free outdoor adventures in one of the city’s spectacular natural spaces.

This is a great opportunity for trying out recreational activities as well as learning from nature and community exhibitors.

The celebration features a kids fishing clinic presented by the National Park Service and Timucuan Parks Foundation. The Junior Ranger Angler program teaches kids how to tie flies and cast their line as well as the ethics of angling, local Gullah Geechee fishing heritage, and more. Spots are limited — register for that by emailing [email protected].

Hosted by the Friends of Talbot Islands State Parks, this event is being held on National Public Lands Day, a day of service and exploration of the outdoors.
