Do you Geocache? JaxParks is teaming up with local geocachers, Visit Jacksonville and REI to present the annual Jacksonville Geocache Challenge. The challenge will kick off with an event at 9 a.m. at Cecil Field Community Center (13611 Normandy Blvd) at the Taye’ B. Brown Regional Park. Participants in this year’s high-tech treasure hunts will have the opportunity to find hidden caches in many of our featured parks and landmarks throughout the city. The first 150 participants to complete the challenge will receive a newly designed geocoin.
