Join the Timucuan Parks Foundation for an evening of outdoor culinary fun and food at Castaway Island Preserve on Friday, June 12 from 6:00–8:00 PM. Whether you’re a seasoned camper or brand new to cooking outdoors, this hands-on workshop will teach you how to create delicious, simple meals in the backyard, at the campground, or on the trail.
Chef Mark, an experienced outdoor cook who has prepared meals for groups of all sizes and in a variety of outdoor environments, will demonstrate practical techniques, easy recipes, and camp-friendly cooking tips that anyone can master. Participants will enjoy a full camp-style tasting menu featuring appetizers, an entrée, and dessert.
