Join a state park ranger for a hike along the four-mile Dune Ridge Trail on Little Talbot Island State Park through maritime hammock forest and ending with a walk on the beach as they explain the importance of undeveloped beach habitat, including many interesting facts about sea creatures and common shells and fossils found on the shoreline. Bring sunscreen, insect repellent and water. The program will take place at North Beach pavilion area on Little Talbot Island State Park. No reservations are necessary and the program is free with $5 vehicle entrance fee.
