Hanna Park History & Ecology Tour

Come out and enjoy a guided walk through the history and ecology of Kathryn Abbey Hanna Park.

Join a park ranger to learn about the park’s past, from the time of the first European contact centuries ago to the formation of the park as we know it today. He will discuss in detail its history as Manhattan Beach, Florida’s first beach community for African Americans in the early 1900s.

COST: Park entry fee of $5; no additional cost for the tour.
MEET: Dolphin Plaza, located in the park.
BRING: Bring your binoculars if you have them.
