Castaway Island Preserve in San Pablo not only has that “neighborhood park” feel but also features a one-mile paved nature trail and a thriving pollinator garden. Join us for light stretching and a one-mile walk in the woods followed by a stress-reducing and fun drumming session with Just Add Rhythm.
Space is limited. $10 for TPF members and $15 for non-members. If you donate or have signed up for membership, you are a TPF member.
